Welcome To The Trail!

You’ve signed on as one of the elite Kitten Corralling Crew, tasked with wrangling your group of curious kitties from their birthplaces to the upcoming Grand Kitten Cuddle Party, where they’ll find delighted children and be distributed to loving homes. Cat wrangling is a tricky business though, and if too many of the felines wander off to be feral during the trip you’ll be facing disappointed children at the end… if you make it at all.

What Is This Game?

Kitten Corrallers is a solo game about wrangling frisky felines, using the 3d6D system by Lucky Newt Games & inspired by Weird Giraffe Game’s Way Too Many Cats. The best way to experience this game is as a journaling experience, although you could also simply imagine it all in your head or even play the game as-is. No cats will stare at you in judgment regardless! No more than usual, at least.

This game is great and I have students who really want to play it BUT sometimes the ends of sentences are cut off in the PDFs. It'll just say "roll" and not what table to roll on or "next" and not what comes after that. It would be great to get a fix.

Thanks so much, that means a lot to hear there's excitement to play this. Followed by "oh no!" with the cut-off sentences. I've just fixed the PDF so if you download again it should be a version w/o those problems. If you have any other issues or questions, just let me know!

Thank you! I'll grab it! I think we're going to use it for writing practice next year. :)

This game has so much charm! It's cute and fun and has a lot of substance in the different events and outcomes that make up your story. It has just enough mechanical crunch to be satisfying without being overwhelming. The writing is very clever and the game has a distinct look that grounds you in the game's tone and genre. I'm a big fan of this one!

Oh my goodness so many puns XD It works so well for this game! This is a fun, classic journaling game with enough twists to keep it feeling fresh. It helps that the 3d6 have been implemented in multiple ways. The prompts give enough to work off of while leaving space for the imagination to go to work. I still can't get over that this is your first game ever.

Aw thanks! It was a huge help that 3d6D was such a great system to build off of.
